Solara Contracting provides solar array installation, battery storage solutions, energy audits, system monitoring and maintenance, EV charger installation, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to site evaluation, customer approval, and applicable permits. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
3. QUOTES & PRICING
All quotes provided by Solara Contracting are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, system design changes, utility requirements, and material availability. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or permit fees unless explicitly stated.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. The following general terms apply. A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work. Payments are due as specified in your contract. Installment plans, loans, leases, and PPAs are subject to third-party approval. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms of your service agreement.
5. PERMITS & APPROVALS
Solara Contracting manages local building permits, HOA approvals, utility interconnection applications, and incentive paperwork on your behalf. However, final approval from municipalities, HOAs, and utility companies is outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to secure all necessary approvals but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party entities.
6. INSTALLATION & PROJECT TIMELINES
Installation timelines provided are estimates based on typical project durations. Actual timelines may vary due to weather conditions, permitting delays, site conditions, utility scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays and work diligently to complete your project as efficiently as possible.
7. WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES
Solara Contracting offers a 25-year manufacturer warranty on solar panels, a 10 to 15-year warranty on inverters and batteries depending on the manufacturer, and a 10-year workmanship warranty on installation labor. Warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, weather events, animals, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. 8. WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
